Monthly Meetings
We hold 8 - 10 events per year, typically on the third Tuesday of the month in either San Francisco or Silicon Valley. Monthly events are $25 to members and held at secret destinations throughout the Bay Area. The location is revealed a few days before the event, only to those who have committed to attending. Members may bring guests to any regular monthly event for a guest fee of $50.

Leadership Circle and Philanthropy Events
In addition to monthly meetings, an annual leadership circle is held to facilitate learning from one another by highlighting the expertise and talent of the women in the group. Leadership Circles, due to their limited group size, are open ONLY to members - no guests please.
Philanthropy events are held three times per year, focused on industry networking amongst RED members and giving back to the community through service projects. Philanthropy events are only open for members - no guests.

Over the years, RED has also begun to hold special events, including:

An industry-wide Charity Gala which raised $30,000, to help women launch new businesses both locally and globally

One-to-one peer mentorship programs partnered with Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence

The March Mountain Mingle Winter Trip, open to the Bay Area CRE industry to network and enjoy the Sierra Nevada scenery

An annual holiday party where members celebrate their achievements over the year in a themed event

Community service and membership drive creating opportunities for current members to bring prospective new RED member candidates
