Feedback is an essential part of personal and professional growth, but giving and receiving feedback is difficult. As humans we want to both learn and improve AND be loved and accepted for who we now are. Feedback, regardless of how it’s given, can impact our feelings of self-worth.

The first leadership circle focused on the topic of feedback, both giving and receiving. Using the book ‘Thanks for the Feedback’ written by Roni Heldel Geller as a guideline, we shared our experiences in both giving and receiving feedback,  and how those experiences have impacted our personal and professional growth. We will also explored new ways to improve the art of receiving feedback and developing the capacity to learn from anyone and anything.
