Join us in Tahoe for a weekend of on and off-mountain activities, après-ski, and networking with the Bay Area CRE industry!

Bring your colleagues and clients and enjoy a fun weekend in the Mountains!

This is a non RED sponsored event. Open to any CRE professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area. Get ready for a weekend of networking and fun in the mountains!

What you can expect

On-Mountain Meetups with Bay Area CRE professionals
Hosted Networking events throughout the weekend, starting the evening of Thursday, March 7.
Closing Dinner on March 9, 2024, hosted by RED Bay Area & multiple partners.
Hosted and Coordinated Non-Ski activities such as: Yoga, spa-ing, show shoeing and other activities of your choice
Lots of laughs, networking, and good times!

What you need to know

Please be respectful of our event, and our weekend event hosts. Please DO NOT independently host an event during the times that we have planned events. You don't have to attend all events, but we kindly ask for this common courtesy.
All registered participants may attend any and all of the events, even if the event is hosted by a competitor!
We encourage carpooling!! Utilize this spreadsheet to find people to carpool with or if you are interested in finding a roommate.
RED Bay Area is organizing this event for the Bay Area Corporate Real Estate community. It is not a RED "Sponsored" Event. It is just one way that we give back to our CRE Community.

What you need to do

RSVP - only those who RSVP will be invited to
the hosted events
Find and book your own accommodations. Here are some hotels located in the Valley:
Palisades Lodge, PlumpJack, Village at Palisades, Everline Resort and Spa or the Olympic Valley Lodge.
Get yourself to and from the mountain
Purchase your own lift tickets:
Tickets are available for purchase online at www.palisadestahoe.com.
Discounted tickets can sometimes be found at:
REI and Sports Basement.
Rent or Bring your own Ski/Snowboard equipment
Rentals are available at Palisades, or at Sport Basement, or Tahoe Daves, https://tahoedaves.com/ski-rental-packages, which is more affordable than the Village.
RSVP for specific events (Event details will be sent only to those who RSVP) List will be sent approx. 1 week in advance of the weekend.

Parking Policies for Palisades Tahoe

Make Reservation

Free Parking Midweek

On Monday through Friday, parking is free at both Palisades and Alpine.
You can just show up on Monday through Friday. Parking will be first come, first served.
Reservations are NOT required midweek, with the exception of some holiday blackout dates.

Free Reserved Parking

On Saturdays, Sundays & Select Holidays Starting in December

On Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays, reservations are required.
FREE parking reservations will be available each Tuesday at 12pm and 7pm for the following weekend.
You will be able to set up your profile starting Monday, October 30th.

Advance Paid Parking

This is the best option for guests who need to reserve Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays WELL IN ADVANCE.
Reserve in advance paid parking starting at $30/day will be available for purchase starting Monday, October 30th at 10am PT. All weekend/holiday dates for the season will be available for purchase at this time.
