Virtual Event January 26

We had a great turnout for our first meeting of 2021 and discussed what resolutions are for some, and best practices to keep them!

We identified our hope or a word for 2021, set a purpose, planned to break that down into smaller components and specific intentions, and some shared their commitments with the group - which is proven to help people be more successful in their outcomes.

We will be touching back to this a few times in the coming year to help encourage anyone who wants to use the group for accountability support, and to celebrate progress and milestones..

If you participated and want to work toward future check-ins, or want to get on board now, take some time to put this practice into writing for yourself. Keep it simple, don't overthink it, and focus on progress and purpose, the "why" or benefit of your intention, not only on a specific outcome. If you have any questions, email info@redbayarea.com and Soraya can help you through it.
